While with Aon Kevin successfully managed, trained, and directed a large sales force. Kevin is a graduate of Washington State University and has been an active part of the Palouse community for over three decades. With an Educational background in Sales & Marketing and over three decades of real world, highly decorated sales experience, Kevin has unique insights that will help you market your home or find a home to fit your needs. In 2009 I received my Real Estate License in both Idaho and Washington states and in 2012 I attained my Broker License.
My family comes from a Real Estate background including construction, investing, flipping, etc.
I am a Northwest girl as I grew up in Yakima, WA and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2005.
Slowly but surely I kept moving further east (Ellensburg, WA; Spokane, WA) and once I found Coeur d’ Alene, ID I knew this is where I belonged and have now called it home for the past 8 years.
Some of my favorite activities are: boating, golfing, hiking and paddle boarding

Jim Branson has been a Realtor since 1973 and a Designated Broker Since 1978 and has owned Heritage Realty here on the Palouse for 16 years. As a graduate of the University of Idaho Jim has had ties to the Palouse since 1965, which has given him time tested experience in this market. Experience and Knowledge are the hallmarks of Jim’s career, his peers have elected him President of their Associations in both Whitman and Latah counties and he has served in numerous other capacities. In his lengthy tenure as a Realtor, Jim has seen nearly every type of changes and challenges in the market. With experience comes wisdom and with wisdom comes value and service that few others can provide. Jim has owned a property management company for 3 decades, which gives him a wealth of knowledge with investment property.
